In accordance with Section 15.b (Amendment; Modification) of the Lilly TuneLab Terms of Use, Lilly is hereby amending and modifying the Lilly TuneLab Terms of Use as set forth in the updated TuneLab General Terms of Use located in the Lilly Access Portal at the same URL you use to login with the addition of ‘/generalterms’ (i.e., [company name].lillytunelab.com/generalterms), and accessible by clicking ‘TuneLab Terms of Use’ on the main menu.
 
The updated TuneLab General Terms of Use will become effective thirty (30) days after the effective date of this Change Notice, as set forth above, and after taking effect, the updated TuneLab General Terms of Use will govern all use of and access to Lilly TuneLab.
 
Continued use of Lilly TuneLab by a Company that is a TuneLab participant after the updated TuneLab General Terms of Use take effect shall constitute such TuneLab participant’s acceptance thereof. If such TuneLab participant does not agree to the updated TuneLab General Terms of Use, then such TuneLab participant must cease using Lilly TuneLab and must terminate the TuneLab General Terms of Use as set forth in therein.

These Service-Specific Terms are subject to and incorporate by reference the TuneLab General Terms of Use located in the Lilly Access Portal (the “Terms of Use”). Any term not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms of Use.

The Company, its Affiliates, and their Authorized Users shall only login to, or otherwise access, Lilly TuneLab from a country or region listed on this Supported Regions Policy (the “Supported Regions”). For clarity, any entity that is under the control of an entity or individual located in a country or region that is not a Supported Region (“Unsupported Regions”) shall not access, or permit individuals to access, Lilly TuneLab.
